He currently focuses on innovative learning and teaching methods, social media and digital disruption.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Prof. (FH) Dr. Alexandra Brunner-Sperdin</b> is a Professor of Marketing and Vice Dean for the Bachelor Marketing & Communications Management and the Master Digital Marketing at the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tyrol. Her area of expertise is customer experience, service design and employer attractiveness in tourism.</div>
